Texas Land Deed, Bexar County, 1851. Printed on vellum, and drafted on December 26, 1850, this deed grants Thomas Adams, Charles Cheyney, and Jacob Mayland tracts of land in Bexar County, south-central Texas. Signed on May 15, 1851 by Bexar County clerk Samuel S. Smith in the bottom-right corner, near the affixed paper seal of Bexar Court, Texas. Deep folds, with some soiling and weakness at the creases, as well as small area of loss at the horizontal fold. ​#245
